Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey 07724 intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to First Databank, Inc. for renewal of enterprise MedKnowledge licenses and information. The period of performance shall be one 12-month base period, with one 12-month option periods, and concurrent/prorated optional license quantities, if exercised. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System code for this effort is 511140 with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this posting. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Please see attached document with additional relevant information and terms and conditions. Solicitation number VA118-17-Q-1835 shall close on January 20, 2016 at 08:00 AM EST. A Sources Sought (VA118-17-N-1779) was previously posted to FBO in November 2016.
