- This is a sources sought notice for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Please review the below NSN and provide DLA with any sources that are able to manufacture the item that are not currently approved sources. Please also provide the CAGE Code and location of the manufacturer (City and State OR country if applicable). Please also provide Points of contact for these manufacturers. NSN: 1670-00-997-6662 Sole Source: Carleton Life Support Systems CAGE 99251 Interested manufacturers shall contact the Small Business Office (SBO) at DLA to work on submitting a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to have the Engineering Support Activity (ESA) review and approve the package for future procurements. Please note the time required for approval of a new supplier is normally such that award cannot be delayed pending approval of the new source.
