- The closing for the Final RFP will be changed to Feb 24, 2017. The Final documents are expected to be posted on Jan 25, 2017. A new RFP question period will be opened up after the release of the Final RFP and the previous questions will not be addressed. Please note the address change below. Solicitation Number: ID05160010 Notice Type: Draft RFP Synopsis: USAF HAF/A4TP for Standardization of the Service Development and Delivery Process (SDDP) for Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) GSA on behalf of USAF HAF/A4TP at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is soliciting for support of the Standardization of the Service Development and Delivery Process (SDDP) for Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) program. The proposed acquisition will be a competitive 8a set-aside under NAICS code 541519 and Product Service Code D399 Other Computer Services. Industry Day is not limited to 8a contractors. The Air Force selected HAF/A4PT to facilitate this effort by implementing a standardized Service Development and Delivery Process (SDDP) for selected Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) to deliver transformed business processes. This is an on-going effort to re-engineer and transform the U.S. Air Force logistics and business processes, systems, and organizational structures in compliance with Air Force Manual 10-606 Service Development and Delivery Process (SDDP). The SDDP details the processes and procedures by which Information Technology (IT) capabilities that support Air Force mission and business processes are identified, defined, developed and delivered. The objective of SDDP is to maximize information technology capabilities while minimizing the investment in redundant and inefficient IT applications. This Industry Day will provide information on the Standardization of the Service Development and Delivery Process (SDDP) for Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a draft RFP but may be converted to a final RFP in wich the closing date may remain the same. Questions are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer NLT Noon Eastern Time on 5 Jan 2017. Please be mindful that if no changes are made to the RFP then the closing date may remain the same.
