Description

Council Idaho Janitorial base year w/4 option years. THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, PAYETTE NATIONAL FOREST, COUNCIL RANGER DISTRICT. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TODAY. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Forest Service office located Council, Idaho are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Council Ranger District Office is located at 2092 Highway 95, Council, Id. Other areas needing janitorial services are Council Ranger District Fitness Center located at 500 E. Whitely Avenue, Building #1323, Council, Id and the Council Community Visitor Center located at the Corner of E. Whitely Ave. and Highway 95, Council, Idaho. Base Year contract time is from March 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed four, one-year periods. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $18.0 Million.
