Description
Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is contemplating procuring the Line Items cited below for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract for the purchase of F100 229 Fan Drive Turbine Module replenishment spares. Total Contract Minimum Quantity - 15 Each, Total Contract Maximum Quantity - 443 Each. 1. Estimated issue date and estimated closing response/date issued 06 February 2017, Closes 07 March 2017. 2. PR# - FD2030-17-000102-01. 3. Service/Spare/Repair/OH - Spare. 4. AMC - 2 / C. 5. Item - Lock Ring, Turbine N. 6. Application - F100-PW-220 Engine. 7. National Stock Number (NSN) - 2840-01-619-5780 NZ. 8. Part Number (PN) - 4088463, CAGE Code: 77445. 9. Description - Item is the new 229 Second Stage BOAS Lock Ring that will lock the Second Stage BOAS Segment to the support. Circular. Length (IN): 25.5210, Width (IN): 25.5210, Height (IN): 0.3630, Weight: (LB) 1.5000. 10. First Article Test Required, CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. 11. Total Line Item - Item 0001: Basic Period: BEQ: 173 Each, Delivery: 15 each per month beginning 31 March 2018. Item 0002: Basic Year I: Contractor First Article Test Plan, Delivery: 1 lot. Item 0003: Basic Year I: Contractor First Article Test Report, Delivery: 1 lot. Item 0004: Basic Year I: First Article Test Quantity to be Expended, Delivery: 1 each. Data Items: FOB Destination: FA8111. 14. Duration of Contract Period - Five (5) Years. 15. Set-aside - Full and Open Competition. 16. Qualification Requirements apply. Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. 17. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
