Description

Draft PWS for Alarms Maintenance THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 99th Contracting Squadron is issuing this Sources Sought Notice pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research). The purpose of this notice is to identify sources having the interest and capabilities to perform fire alarm system inspection, maintenance, and repair as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621. If your company has the interest and capability to perform these services, please provide the following information: •1. Company Name, Address, and Telephone Number. •2. Cage Code. •3. Socio Economic Status: (i.e. Section 8a, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Service Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business's (EDWOSB), etc.) •4. Capability Statement: Capability Statement should cover experience with a primary focus on Alarm System Maintenance and performance history. Additional Information: Suggestions and comments to the PWS are welcome to ensure clarity of requirement. Submission Instructions: Sources who are interested and have the capabilities to perform the services outlined in the draft PWS are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:30PM PST, 27 January 2017.
