- Description
- Performance of Work Statement The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect Market Information and industry expertise for the purpose of gathering market data which may or may not be used to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreements. This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The intent of this RFI is to advertise a continuous need and establish multiple potential BPA holders. The 110th ATKW is requesting information on; lodging and conference capabilities, estimated pricing, food services, and other amenities for holding our Yellow Ribbon Programs. Attached you will find a generic statement of work, outlining our basic needs for these programs. Attendance will vary from program to program, so estimated maximum lodging was used. Low Price, Best Value will be used to evaluate potential BPA holders and p urchases will be rotated equitably between similarly priced BPA holders. Pricing will be renewed on an annual basis with selected vendors. The potential BPA's will establish a mechanism which allows the government to reserve and hold Yellow Ribbon Program events in multiple locations around the state of Michigan. This RFI may eventually result in establishing multiple BPAs, as needed. Any awarded vendor will have to register in SAM.gov and provide the government with a CAGE code or DUNS number. The Michigan Air National Guard, 110th Attack Wing, Battle Creek Michigan is considering a multiple award BPA with capable vendors to provide conference rooms, food and lodging for these events. Please provide the following as separate line items: 1. Government pricing rates on single and dual occupancy rooms 2. Meal cost, per person, per day 3. Conference and meeting room rental per two days. Any awarded BPA will be subject to the Service Contract. The 110th FW requests information on feasibility, estimated cost of service, and service delivery options. Potential sources are sought along with alternative solutions to this need. Electronic responses are requested for submission in accordance with the instructions listed in this RFI. All questions and responses shall be submitted, via e-mail, to jonathan.d.bodus.mail@mail.mil.
