Description
Raytheon Company, in Dulles, Virginia is being awarded a competitive, cost reimbursement contract. The total value of this contract is $403,188. This contract provides for designing, developing, and demonstrating a mature Cyber Electronic Warfare Integrated Fires. Cyber Electronic Warfare Integrated Fires will enable Ballistic Missile Defense System operators to plan, train, and analyze multiple Courses of Action within dynamic war-gaming environments that model the synchronization, synthesis, and effectiveness of non-kinetic cyber and electronic warfare techniques with traditional kinetic weapons. The work will be performed in Dulles, Virginia. The Period of Performance is from January 10, 2017 through July 09, 2017. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website under the Broad Agency Announcement for Missile Defense Agency Advanced Technology Innovation; H0147-15-ATI-BAA. Fiscal year 2017 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds in the amount of $403,188 are being obligated on this award. In accordance with FAR 35.006 (c), the use of a cost reimbursement contract for this research and development effort is appropriate. This is not a Foreign Military Sales acquisition.
