- Recycled Drums This notice is to annouce an invitation for bid on the sale of approximately 10 tons of Recycled Drums, and removal, for the purpose of Recycling. Purchaser will be required to removed the drums from the premises after award. A visitor's pass is required to gain access on the depot. Bids may be sumbitted electronically via email to starla.a.roberts.civ@mail.mil by February 6, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing by email to starla.a.roberts.civ@mail.mil or by fax to 530-827-4722, Attn: Starla Roberts. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
