- Attachment D - Wage Determination Attachment C - Floor Plan Attachment B - Service Frequency Chart Attachment A - Environmental Requirements Solicitation PLEASE NOTE: Complete plans, specifications, and other necessary documents are now available for download at www.fbo.gov. The propsal due date has been changed to February 23, 2017 by 1:00 p.m. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to satisfactorily perform custodial services consisting of routine and periodic janitorial work for an office environment as described herein at the San Bernardino National Forest, Supervisor's Office, located at 602 S. Tippecanoe Avenue, San Bernardino, CA 92408. The performance period will be one year from date of award (estimated to be May 1, 2016) with four one-year options. The space consists of the following: Main Building -- approx. 54,932 Square Foot. Total Usable Space (excluding storage rooms): 49,169 S.F. Carpeted. 838 S.F., Linoleum 1,079 S.F., Vinyl Composition Tile 1609 S.F., Textured Concrete 675 S.F. Concrete landings and stairs 1562 S.F. Porcelain Tile Warehouse Building - approx. 771 Square Foot. Main Entrance & Restrooms only:195 S.F. is Carpeted 576 S.F., Vinyl Composition Tile NOTE: The Government will not be responsible for any error or variation in the square footage listed above nor will Contractor, because of an error or variation in footage listed, be relieved of the responsibility to carry out the contract in accordance with the true intent and meaning of the specifications without additional cost the Government.
