Description
This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5895-01-439-4719, SWITCH, ELECTRIC, in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 81413 312187, Revision NR P, dated 10/101/1995, part piece number: 312187-301. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 23 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available. Critical Application item. A confidential document is included in the Technical Data Package that supports this material. Contract award for this item is limited to those contractors that have a valid and current security classification level of "CONFIDENTIAL" prior to award. Export control applies. Contractor First Article Test is required. Required delivery is 300 days ARO for the First Article Test report; 225 days after approval of First Article Test for the production units. In the event the FAT is waived, production delivery is 225 days ARO. FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the RFP will not be available to requestors. Electronic offers and offers through DIBBS are unacceptable. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction; a reverse auction may be conducted. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 6, 2017.
