- Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic, has a requirement for Brand Name OPEN TEXT Right fax Support PN 132-34-SSUP SUID: 64644-12112, PN 132-34-SSUP SUID: 32960- 12155 and PN 132-34-SSUP Upgrade Right Fax Licenses from Version 10.0 to Version 10.6, as specified on the attached Revised RFQ N65236-17-Q-0900 with PN Breakdown & Brand Name Justification. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Brand Name OPEN TEXT under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government will accept quotes from all Small Business responsible sources with the capability to provide the Brand Name Open Text to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation & is considered to be most advantageous to the Government and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This will be an All or None based award. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Open Text. All quotes MUST state whether or not the items quoted are TAA compliant. If quote does not state TAA compliant, the quote will be rendered incomplete and will not be used. Required CAGE Code & NAICS Code. The POC is Ms Mary Markowski Email: mary.markowski@navy.mil. Submit quote No Later Than 1:00pm, EST, 24 JAN 2017 or earlier.
