- The USPFO, New Jersey Army National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources interested in, and capable of providing on-site training at JB-MDL, NJ for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Course in 2017 (date TBD). All potential vendors must qualify as a small business and have active registration in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430. This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies that can provide this product may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their supplies and services, past performance information, price, and delivery time capability within (5) calendar days of this announcement. All information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail only; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described request is based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government. Training is for professional development to improve, maintain the skills and qualifications necessary for Army soldier training systems to accomplish their job effectively which entails each soldier to operate and manage multiple systems.
