- This solicitation (SPE4A6-17-R-0286) is for NSN 6620-00-814-4770, PRESSURE TRANSMITTER. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price, long-term contract for one base year and four 1-year option periods. This procurement is 100% Women Owned Small Business set-aside. Plans and specifications are available. The estimate annual quantity is 661 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 164 EA. FOB" DESTINATION; Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN. Delivery: 76 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 2/7/2017 with a closing date on or around 3/9/2017. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
