This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential Small Businesses, including 8(a), HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339112. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing this or similar equipment. Please include your business size with your submittal. Please indicate whether the product/system is on the Federal Supply Schedule or Open Market. This is not a Request for Proposal or Quote or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for set-aside consideration. Responses are to be submitted by e-mail to arlene.blade@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 3:00 pm Central Standard Time on January 26, 2017. VA256-17-N-0237 - Natus Neurology systems/products for the Department of Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, AR shall be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The NAICS Code 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, is applicable to this acquisition; the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make an appropriate acquisition decision. This is the only notice, no other copies of this notice will be provided.
