- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE_SOURCE Purchase Order using the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 13.5 to American Tower LLC, 116 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116, for antenna site space rental in Robstown, TX. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these radio towers, no other locations are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available.
