Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339114. The Madison VA Medical Center has a need a brand name only Programat EP 5010 Dental Furnace/ceramic oven, this allows for in-house finishing of ceramic/porcelain crowns and bridges. It will be housed in the now-open Dental Laboratory housed in the 5th floor Dental Clinic. The furnace is simply plugged into an outlet, does not require any software for use, nor does it use/store any personal information. Salient Features Programat EP 5010 110-120V/50-60Hz (645984EU) Vacuum Pump (NA2259599) This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339114 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Michael J Rosenthal at Michael.rosenthal@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on Tuesday, January 24, 2017.
