Performance period/completion date is 98 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required performance period is 14 weeks or 98 calendar days after receipt of order. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps.gov at https://www.fbo.gov/ on February 01, 2017. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitation are in portable document format (PDF).
