- Attachment 3 Bureau Reporting Systems Architecture HHS OIT DESAM EHB Support Center RFI Attachment 4 EHB Poster- Landscape v3 Attachment 5 Enterprise EHBs User Roles & Acronyms Attachment 2 EHBs Core Architecture Attachment 6 EHBs External Interfaces Attachment 1 Draft EHBs Support Center PWS This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this market research is to get potential sources' feedback, comments and suggestions on how the procurement specifications may be improved upon, made clearer or changed for the better. Additionally, the Government is seeking feedback on the work contained in the attached performance work statement. The purpose of this procurement is to provide technical consulting, management, and support for the infrastructure of the EHBs Support Center. Responsibilities shall include oversight and management of the CRM solution, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) strategy, Support Center current and modernization implementation, operations, and all telephony requirements. This will enable HRSA to better utilize the existing investment and provide numerous benefits to the HRSA staff, Grantees, and any other users of the Electronic Handbooks (EHBs). The Government is requesting industry assessment of our draft requirements documentation. This information will be used to revise, if necessary, our documentation in support of an anticipated solicitation. All responses will be accepted in PDF format via email to Joshua Hunter (jhunter@hrsa.gov), no later than 5:00PM EST on Monday, February 13, 2017. HRSA will allow all interested parties to submit questions in response to this RFI. Questions shall be submitted to Joshua Hunter(jhunter@hrsa.gov) no later than 4:00PM EST on Friday, February 3, 2017. HRSA is under no obligation to consider responses to the RFI or questions received after the aforementioned due dates.
