- TDC CLS FOE - Redacted This Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity proposes to extend the current Theater Deployable Communications (TDC) Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) contract with N-Sync Services, Inc. ("N Sync") by a period not to exceed five (5) months on a basis of other than full and open competition via Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This will ensure no break in critical support services and capabilities for the entire TDC fielded systems sustained by AFLCMC/HNI. The Period of Performance (PoP) for the existing Performance-based CLS Task Order (TO) FA8117-11-D-0003 0007 ends on 18 Feb 2017.
