Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION VISION 1327 Cart and Utensils Washer/Disinfector at Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number: VA256-17-Q-0230. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 339112, the small business size standard is 1000 employees. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, skilled and certified personnel to provide Steris Washer Carts at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center main campus located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Building 100. Houston, Texas 77030. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, skilled and certified personnel to conduct removal old and installation of new a Vision Cart Washers that meets the following description: VISION 1327 Cart and Utensils Washer/Disinfector, 480V, 60hz, Steam Heated, Double power doors, 3161 Chamber Instrument cycle package-Includes: Instrument rack, instrument cycle option, on control, manifold piping, enzymatic pump system, flow meters Pure Water Line Cart Washer Container Rack Deinstall Cart Washer Install Vision Cart Washer Disposal of Cart/Tunnel Washer 1st Year PM Vision Cart Washer 2 Year Comprehensive Vison 1321/1327 Cart Washer Install Labor for Sterilizer/Washer (b) The place of acceptance will be: Michael E. DeBakey VAMC, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, Texas 77030 Period of performance The period of performance of this contract is tentatively set for a 30 ARO not to exceed 09/30/2017.
