- Description
- Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide real property repair and maintenance, environmental work, and construction services for the Republic of Georgia. The requirements for the preparation and submission of proposals and the requirements for the evaluation of proposals in response to this solicitation are contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Subject to the provisions contained herein, the award will be made to two (2) but not more than five (5) Offerors in accordance with Section 2305a of title 10, United States Code who are deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements, and judged by an overall assessment of the evaluation criteria and other considerations specified in this solicitation, represents the Best Value to the Government. This source selection approach, called Best-Value Tradeoff, includes an evaluation of five (5) factors: Experience, Past Performance, Management Approach, Design Capability, and Price. The estimated cost of the MATOC is not-to-exceed US $30,000,000.00 for the life of the contract, which will consist of a base period of three (3) years and two (2) one-year option periods. The Contract will end upon completion of the five (5) years (if all options are exercised) or upon attainment of the US $30,000,000.00 capacity. Proposals are due by 10 February 2017 at 1000 hrs Central European Time. (See solicitation and attachments for additional information.)
