- LTC PROJECT FOR IQC 1000052308 for NSN 1680-01-583-4354, NOMENCLATURE FILTER ASSY, ECU RAM. This item is Source Controlled, by The Boeing Company CAGE 77272, IAW DWG 77272 901-325-502 REV NR B DTD 12/17/2010. 
 The other approved manufacturer is Pall Aeropower Corporation, CAGE 18350, P/N CE0123F1. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year base year and four, one-year option periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 268 each. The Guaranteed minimum quantity is 67 each for the base year period only. Source Controlled item (ABC/AMSC: 1B), and Export Controlled requirement applies. Higher Level Quality Assurance (Manufacture) applies. This item is not a Critical Safety item. Surge and Sustainment are NOT required. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offers are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offers who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." PIPRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
