- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a Contract to furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to replace existing waterlines and hydrants, replace water lines in one restroom pipe chase from copper to PEX and replace 2 disconnect panels in accordance with the specifications. All work will take place at the Rough River Lake North Fork Campground, Breckenridge County, Kentucky. Location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rough River Lake 14957 Falls of Rough Road Falls of Rough, Kentucky, 40119-9801 PH: 270-257-2061 Site POC: Diane Stratton This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 237990 ($36.5 Million). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price Quotes are due on 13 February at 10:00 am ET. Email submissions will be accepted. Please submit quotes to glenn.w.moon@usace.army.mil. SITE VISITS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. To have a full understanding of the scope of work a site visit is highly encouraged. A site visit has been arranged for 26 January 2017 at 0900 Central Time. Please inform the Site POC listed above ahead of time with any questions. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a DUNS number for processing their registration. If you do not already have a DUNS number, one can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet by calling 1-800-333-0505. Refer to www.SAM.gov for information formerly found in CCR, EPLS, ORCA and FedReg. Please begin the registration process immediately in order to avoid delay of the contract award should your firm be selected.
