- Seeking possible sources for Agile Collaboration Tool DFAS is acquiring information about current technology available in the market place for Agile Collaboration and Project Management Tool, with an emphasis on SCRUM teams. DFAS is pursuing an Agile Collaboration software tool capable of enhancing transparency, development planning, tracking and executing of Agile software development, while adding value for clients. Additionally, DFAS is seeking to acquire engineering strategies to simplify this effort and gain a better understanding of cost drivers for installing vendor's software and implementation.
