- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/INDONESIA), Program Office, intends to extend a Personal Services Contract (PSC) without competition for a period of two months with the incumbent contractor for the same position, Senior Program Advisor. A competitive appointment at this time would risk impairing the operation of high-profile foreign aid programs that are essential to USAID and an award to another resource for the continued provision of highly specialized services would result in unacceptable delays. Continuing performance of the proposed PSC with the same contractor is critical to the mission of USAID and is in the best interest of the United States Government. A Justification and Approval (J&A) pursuant to FAR 6.305 will be publicized upon the contract award.
