Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas 79106-1991, intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award for the purchase of Coagulation Analyzers Cost-Per-Test/Cost-Per-Reportable-Result. The acquisition will take place under the authority of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must notify the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 p.m. EST (3:00 p.m. CST), 01/31/2017. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications and description of product. Notification shall be e-mailed or faxed to Jessica Roman, Contract Specialist, jessica.roman@va.gov, fax: 432-517-4586. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
