Offsite repair service for Philips CX50 ultrasound system The Manufacturer is Philips Medical System NA. The model is a CX50 ultrasound system S/N: SG11304072. The probe is a L12-3 linear. The Vendor ID# is: 58944842. The location is 1C128-41. The EE# is 66578. Philips CX50 ultrasound system has a need to replace the L12-3 linear array ultrasound probe is causing pixel artifact in the exam images. Philips CX50 ultrasound system 3. Background. Trouble call was placed to Biomed Imaging stating that the image had dots through. I went up and troubleshot problem with tech and found that the L12-3 has a group of faulty element and came to the conclusion that probe have to be replaced to resolve problem. I will order new probe. The probe is part of the Philips CX50 ultrasound system which is used to daily to assist in the diagnoses of patient exams. The exams preformed are interventional radiography which includes biopsies, fluid drain, and vascular procedures. The system is used for these proposes on a daily base. The Manufacturer is Philips Medical System NA. The model is a CX50 ultrasound system S/N: SG11304072. The probe is a L12-3 linear. The Vendor ID# is: 58944842. The location is 1C128-41. The EE# is 66578 4. Scope. Trouble call was placed to Biomed Imaging stating that the image had dots through.
