Description
Redacted J&A for Boeing Corporate BOA N00019-16-G-0001 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri 63134 for the procurement of post full rate production (FRP) follow on engineering and technical services that will support flight test and airworthiness integration engineering tasks that are required in order for the US Navy to issue a flight clearance for selected weapons on the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft. Support of VX-23 at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, off-site detachments, special events, and fields to which the aircraft maybe diverted may be required. This effort will be procured on a sole source basis. The period of performance for this effort will be for a period of twelve months. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18A-D, F/A-18E/F, and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform to the Government's needs within the required response time.
