- MARKET RESEARCH / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS Product Service Code (PSC) 7035 ADP Support Equipment The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center in Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing Keypads and Receivers for the Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) in Pensacola, FL. Required delivery date is 30 days after award. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334118, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The items required are as follows: A)9,994 Each - NXT-01G ResponseCard NXT Keypad (Manufacturer: Turning Technologies) B)25 Each - RRRF-03 USB RF Receiver (Manufacturer: Turning Technologies) *NOTE: This requirement is not authorized as an OR EQUAL buy. Must be exact equipment. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 5:00PM (Eastern Standard Time), Friday, 27 January 2017, to Danielle Dinger at danielle.dinger@navy.mil stating the following information: (1) Sources Sought Number N68836-17-T-0104; (2) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email; (3) Contractor (CAGE Code); (4) Size of business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), HubZone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned; (5) If the Items can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market; (6) Salient characteristics of the equipment being proposed which demonstrate the equivalency to the parts requested by the Government, in accordance with the attached Description/Specification/Requirements document; and (7) Contractor (Manufacturer or Distributer). The Government will use the result of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above requirement should be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, or whether Full and Open Competition procedures will be utilized. Submissions are Not-To Exceed (NTE) 15 Standard typewritten pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response.
