- This is a Draft PWS for the requirement. Fort Campbell, KY Mission and Installation Contracting Command is looking to procure Pesticide Data Entry Services with one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The approximate period of performance will be 20 March 2017 through 19 March 2020. The Contractor shall provide services for Database Maintenance: Contractor shall maintain Installation Pest Management Information Systems (IPMIS) database, Pesticide usage database, and Pesticide Inventory Database. The database shall be kept current with all records of pesticide applications to be entered into the appropriate database within 30 days of receipt. Utilize Government owned personal computer to maintain and manipulate data associated with the application of pesticides on Fort Campbell. The individual doing this work shall be proficient in Microsoft Office programs to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications. Special Qualifications: Contract personnel performing the work are required to have a working knowledge of pesticides in order to make the proper entries in the database and reports to USDA for pest management and pesticide applications. Contractor shall submit proof of these qualifications with proposal. Minimum of 2 years experience with pesticides is required. Have ability to use Microsoft Office products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, and Access databases. Be able to independently establish priorities, plan objectives, select techniques and procedure, and ensure that all actions taken are consistent with Federal statutes. Display demonstrated skill to effectively communicate, in both oral and written form, facts and circumstance in a fashion understandable to others. Be familiar with and able to interpret applicable Federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations, Executive Orders, and Army policies as pertains to pesticides and applications. Provide verifiable experience of database entries and management for the proposed Pesticide data management person performing the above requirements of these contract documents for a minimum of 5 years. The contractor shall maintain any training required to maintain certifications to perform this contract at no additional cost to the government. Contractor personnel must be able to attain access to a Federal Military Installation and also must be able to attain a Common Access Card (CAC). This sources sought is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. There will be a solicitation posted to FBO.gov in the near future as a total small business set-aside.
