Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333241. The Iron Mountain VA Medical Center has a need for brand name or equal Jade Titan Modular Griddle Top Range, Model JMRH-24G(T) with stand. General Specifications: Heavy Duty Range, gas, 24", modular, griddle, 1" thick polished steel plate, thermostatic controls, stainless steel grease trough, splashguards, 6" plate shelf, front, sides & stub back, 60,000 BTU, CSAus, NSF (24 wide/38 deep) All units are fully welded with heavy duty construction, stainless steel sides, front and top are standard Stainless steel tray bed (burner box), deflectors, tray guides and drip tray/grease standard Two years part & labor warranty Natural gas, specify if elevation over 2000 ft. 3/4" Rear connection, standard 3/4" Gas regulator supplied with range Legs, 25"H, crossrails, standard Safety system moveable gas connector 1" inside dia., 36" long, covered with stainless steel braid, coated with blue antimicrobial PVC, 1 Safety Quik ® QDV, 1 elbow, 379,000 BTU/hr minimum flow capacity, limited lifetime warranty This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333241 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Michael J Rosenthal at Michael.rosenthal@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on Tuesday, January 25, 2017.
