- The 11 th Contracting Squadron and 11 th Logistics Readiness Squadron are hosting an Industry Day/Site Vist on Tuesday, 14 February 2017 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Joint Base Andrews, beginning at building 1658 which is located at 1658 D Street. The purpose of this forum is to disseminate information, exchange feedback and build rapport with industry. Attendees will receive presentations on upcoming requirements to support the 11 th Logistics Readiness Squadron. Support services for these requirements include fuels and cryogenics, munitions, and supply functions. There will be opportunities to ask questions in an open forum and have a one-on-one discussion with the technical experts. A site visit will also be conducted for industry to view the current operations of these services. Lunch will not be provided; however, a one hour lunch break will be scheduled into the agenda. Due to the limited space, a maximum capacity of 50 attendees has been established and once the maximum number of attendees has been registered for this event, all additional persons responding to this notice will be notified that their names have been placed on a standby list. Maximum number of attendees the forum can accommodate is no more than two people per firm. Pre-registration is mandatory. This event is open to all interested parties; small and large businesses. Due to security on Joint Base Andrews, a list of all attendees will be required during registration sign up. Registration opens upon posting of this notice, Tuesday, 24 January 2017 and closes at 3:00 pm EST on Thursday, 09 February 2017.
