- SF18 for Quote Submission Park Map DOL Wage Rates NV DOL Wage Rates AZ Statement of Work Requirements COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION LAKE MEAD NATIONAL RECREATION AREA, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ARMORED TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR COLLECTION/ TRANSPORT OF GOVERNMENT FUNDS The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area, in support of the Recreation Fee program, must utilize armored car services to collect and transport Government funds. The Contractor shall be responsible for 1) the daily collection of funds from eight (8) locations throughout the park, with locations near Searchlight, NV, Henderson, NV, Boulder City, NV, Willow Beach, AZ, and Bullhead City, AZ; 2) daily transporting of collected funds to the Fee Central Processing office located in Boulder City, Nevada; and 3) daily transporting of funds to the financial institution for deposit located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pick-up schedules vary by location, ranging from once per week to three times per week (see Statement of Work for schedule and instructions). Offerors are required to have a valid DUNS number and active registration in SAM, System for Award Management, in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. This acquisition is full and open competition. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price service contract. Anticipated period of performance is 1 March, 2017 through 28 February 2022, inclusive of four (4) option years of service. Please see attachments for quotation requirements and other pertinent information. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). It is being solicited to full and open competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 13, 2017. FAR Provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items, and 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications apply to this acquisition. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. See attached for additional provisions and clauses that apply. Submissions must include quotations for each line item. Quotes may be emailed to Michelle Bennett at michelle_bennett@nps.gov, or offeror may utilize attached SF18. Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, 2/15/2017 by 8:00PM PST.
