- see attached The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Range Systems Department, Code RS40 Expeditionary Systems Evaluation Division (ESED) requires the purchase of an inventory management system to support ESED test and evaluation operations. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Asset Panda LLC. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to graham.m.conlon@navy.mil or by phone at 951-393-5106. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION.
