- Description
- The Government is issuing this SSA to assess industry’s ability to satisfy critical Army support requirements to provide CSS and ICS for AN/TPQ-53 Radar Systems. This effort specifically requires significant technical and engineering knowledge, in-depth system hardware and software expertise, as well as, demonstrated integrated logistics support experience. The total period of performance (PoP) is 12 months. Description of Requirement a. Contractor support service requirements include: (1) Program management. (2) Systems engineering and system acceptance testing (SATs). (3) Software engineering and integration. (4) Information assurance, security and cybersecurity. (5) Safety, quality assurance, and configuration management. b. Interim contractor support requirements include: (1) Training and provision of field service representatives (FSRs) - Lead and Journeyman. (2) Engineering field support services for the AN/TPQ-53 Radar System including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair activities, test support, installation of configuration updates and Government-approved engineering change proposals (ECPs). (3) Command Center Support. (4) Component procurement, maintenance and diminishing resources/ obsolescence management services. (5) Logistics analysis with products and support documentation updates including interactive electronic technical publications (IETPs) and the repair part special tools list (RPSTL). Execution of these efforts fulfills the Government's requirement to maintain the operational availability (Ao) and readiness of the AN/TPQ-53 Radar Systems to a 95% Ao.
