- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NH City: Portsmouth Delineated Area: North: Gosling Rd, at intersection of Rt 4, to Piscataqua River East: Piscataqua River to Market St to Bow St South: Daniel St at intersection with Bow St to Congress St to Islington St to Rt 1 South to Middle Rd to Rt 33 West: Rt 95, from intersection with Rt 33, to off ramp to Portsmouth Traffic Circle to Rte 4 North to Gosling Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,196 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,606 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 7 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards. • Offered space must not be in the 100 year floodplain. • Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the determined delineated area depicted in the map, with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. • Building must have sufficient public parking within 1/4 mile walking distance • Building must be within 1/4 mile walking distance of public transportation. • A fully serviced lease is required. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
