SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS for Real Property Planning Professional Services MATOC for Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Projects USACE, Southwest Division (SWD) W9126G-17-R-0037 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Fort Worth District is tasked to solicit and award a new Multiple Award Task Order Contact (MATOC) of Real Property Planning Professional Services for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) customer projects assigned to the Southwest Division (SWD) customers that support professional services in the Continental United States (CONUS) including Hawaii and Alaska. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community: Small Business, Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsible contractors. General Statement of Work: Work to be performed under this contract may include enterprise proactive real-property interactive space management system (ePRISMS) support and management, Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) support, General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) support, Army enterprise systems support, system inventory analysis, real property audit support, floorplan data collection and development, data validation and update, data reconciliation and correction, 1354 support development, real property survey and analysis, facility utilization and unit analysis, facility condition reporting, real property planning services and technical support, on-site investigation, and support to accomplish the IMCOM mission. The type of solicitation to be issued will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, type solicitation for services. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 3 April 2017, and the estimated proposal due date will be on or about 3 May 2017. The official Synopsis citing the solicitation number will be issued on Federal Business Opportunities www.fbo.gov and inviting firms to register electronically to receive a copy of the solicitation when it is issued.
