This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46292. Services will include the Neuromonitorist only, no remote physician oversight. Period of Performance: 1 year from date of Award plus 4 option years. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought by Friday, January 27, 2017; 3:00 am (Eastern).
