Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-T-0023 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis for assay kits that are required for use on the Meso Scale Diagnostic PR2 molecular spectroscopy system. This equipment is being used for the test work that B20 is supporting and the materials. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.
