Justification and Approval - Redacted STATEMENT OF WORK Work Order #: 201700282 REPAIR HEF FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, FAC 407 •1. SCOPE: The work to be done on this project consists of replacing a 500 gallon horizontal bladder and 500 gallons of 2.2% High Expansion foam in facility 407 Maintenance Hangar. •2. LOCATION: The site of the work is the West Virginia Air National Guard, 1679 Coonskin Dr., Charleston, West Virginia, 25311-5005. •3. WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED ON PROJECT: The work to be performed includes the following principal features Remove damaged 500 gallon bladder and dispose of contaminated HEF. Provide and install 500 gallon of high expansion foam. Provide and install a new 500 gallon horizontal bladder. Return system to a fully operational status. Contractor shall warranty his workmanship for a period of one year. •4. TIME OF COMPLETION: The entire work shall be accomplished within 20 working days after date of receipt or notice of award. •5. TOUR OF JOB SITE: Tour of job site may be arranged by contacting MSgt Jeremy Callen at (304) 341-6632 of Civil Engineering, West Virginia Air National Guard. Normal Hours of Operation are 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. •6. PERFORMANCE: Submission of a bid by a Contractor shall be accepted as prima-facie evidence that he has examined the specifications, manufacturers' literature and work site, and has satisfied himself as to the nature and location of the work and all other matters which can in any way effect the work or cost thereof under this contract. Any failure of the Contractor to acquaint himself with all available information, including a physical survey of the site of the proposed work, will not relieve him from successfully performing all the work required to be done for a complete finished job. The above brief outline in no way limits the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, and materials required for a complete job. Installation, workmanship, and all materials shall be guaranteed in writing by the Contractor to be free from defect under normal use for a period of at least one-year. All repairs required by the Government shall be performed at no expense to the Government.
