Description

Justification Draft RFQ The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division intends to award on a sole source basis per attached justification and draft request for quote, to Brantner & Associates, Teledyne D.G. O'Brien, Inc. (CAGE Code 15789), for thirty-five (35) Diver Comm Cable Assemblies P/N 7648254 (C) and six (6) Pilot/ Co-Pilot Cable Assemblies P/N 7648255. This combined synopsis/solicitation is under the provisions of FAR Part 12 and 13, conducted using simplified acquisition procedures. These Cables are identified by Naval Sea Systems Command Source Control Drawings. Source Control drawings are utilized only when authorized. They are utilized to identify approved sources of supply for equipment that requires special attention to detail in its fabrication due to its use in critical applications. Brantner & Associates, Teledyne D.G. O'Brien, Inc., and Ocean Design Inc. the original manufacturers of these cables and the only approved sources of supply identified on the Source Control Drawings.
