- AFRL Gray Wolf Pre-proposal Meeting Announcement This is an update to the Notice of Contract Action (NOCA), BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA) BAA-AFRL-RWK-2017-0002. Design, develop, manufacture, and test prototype affordable sub-sonic tactical cruise missiles for AFRL Gray Wolf Cruise Missile Science and Technology Demonstration Program. The Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate (AFRL/RW) will host a Pre-proposal Meeting at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), Florida on Wednesday, 15 March 2017 at 9:00 am, Central Daylight Savings time for weapon prime contractors that have the capability to design, develop, manufacture, and test prototype sub-sonic conventional cruise missiles. Foreign participation is NOT authorized. Additionally, there will be no one-on-one discussions scheduled. The meeting is held at the SOS auditorium, Building 439, Eglin AFB, FL. REGISTRATION, MEETING ACCESS, and CLEARANCE: All discussions will be held at the US SECRET level and a SECRET clearance or higher is required for attendance. All participants must be US citizens. Participants will not be allowed to bring in any electronics including, but not limited to, portable computers, cameras, two-way pagers, cellphones, thumb drives, blackberries, wireless transmitters, Wi-Fi devices, electronic transmitting/receiving key fobs/watches/Fitbits, etc. Participants must be certified to receive military critical technical data under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) ( www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp ) and to receive, create, process, analyze and store US Classified up to and including SECRET. Each attendee MUST submit names via email to Ms. Norma Taylor, Gray Wolf Program Manager, AFRL/RWPI, 101 West Eglin Boulevard, Eglin AFB, FL 32542-6810, 850-883-2723, AFRL.RW.GrayWolfTeam@us.af.mil, NLT 10 February 2017. All participants MUST send names and security clearances via JPAS NLT 1 March 2017. AFRL's JPAS SMO Code is AFRL-RW. Please insert "AFRL Gray Wolf Pre-proposal Meeting" as the name of the event.
