Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure 8 width x 4 length direct thermal paper for delivery to Dallas CMOP to replenish stock. The Product Code is 6770, Film, Processed; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325992. All responsible SDVOSB open market sources may submit a quotation and samples, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ via email (preferred) to: john. Fisher4@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0137. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0150 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about January 30, 2017, and will close on February 2, 2017 (3 PM CST) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. This will be posted as a SDVOSB set-aside. Each vendor must provide 4 boxes of 5000 count paper to the Dallas CMOP, 2962 S Longhorn Dr, Lancaster, TX 75134 for technical evaluation, unless your paper has already been tested with the Dallas CMOP printers. The samples must be received by the Dallas CMOP before close of solicitation on February 2, 2017.
