This Other Transaction Solicitation (OTS) Call (HSHQDC-17-R-00008) - FSCSAD Technologies is a call issued against Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science & Technology (S&T), Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP), 5-Year Innovation Other Transaction Solicitation (OTS), HSHQDC-16-R-B0005 (current issue). Because DHS S&T Cyber Security Division (CSD), Next Generation Cyber Infrastructure (NGCI) Apex Program must rapidly identify and develop technologies to counter emerging cyber threats that impact the Critical Infrastructure, protecting the Nations' Financial Services Sector (FSS) against cyber threats is a pressing priority. The NGCI Apex Program addresses these challenges by providing the financial services sector with the technologies and tools to confront advanced adversaries when they attack U.S. cyber systems and networks. The program concentrates on identifying capabilities prioritized by the financial sector. This call seeks novel ideas and technologies to improve dynamic defense and assurance for protecting Financial Sector Critical Infrastructure. DHS is interested in solutions that complement, extend, and/or enhance the existing set of cyber security core features. The FSCSAD Technologies project is comprised of the following technical topic areas (TTA): • TTA #1: Intrusion Deception • TTA #2: Moving Target Defense • TTA #3: Isolation and Containment We advise that you read the documents associated with this call: Technical Call : Provides the use cases, problem sets, constraints, technical and programmatic requirements and other pertinent submission information. Application : You must complete the application to be considered for award. OTS Addendum to the Application : This should accompany your application during the submission process. It is an optional document but we highly recommend that you complete it as it will be given to our finance sector partners as part of the process. How to Apply and FAQs : Gives you an overview of the Silicon Valley Innovation Program, how to apply and provides answers to questions we have received. Industry Day Files : Presentations, Attendee Lists, and other documents from our industry day. The call is open through 11:59 PM PST 11/21/2017. Please complete the FSCSAD Application and the OTS Addendum to the Application and submit to dhs-silicon-valley@hq.dhs.gov prior to the deadline. Please also check Federal Business Opportunitites (FBO) for updates to the call. DHS may decide to close the call early. If this occurs, DHS will publish a notification 30 days prior to closing.
