Description
Justification and authorization for brand name acquisition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote (RFQ) number is iPADS170004. The GSA PBS Acquisition Operations Division (7PQA) has a requirement for Apple iPads and accessories. This notice is being issued with a justification and authorization document that justifies the need for the specific iPad brand name. The following items are required: 30 iPad pro 12.9' wifi only 128GB gray - ML0N2LL/A 30 Apple care + iPad warranty - 2 years 30 Car charger with lightning connector - Power Jolt - GC39939 30 Logitech CREATE Keyboard case for 12.9-inch iPad Pro - HJDW2VC 30 Apple Pencil for iPad Pro - MK0C2AM/A 15 Logitech Canvas Keyboard Case for iPad Air 2 - Black - HHX92ZM/A The items shall be shipped FOB Destination and delivered to the General Services Administration, 819 Taylor Street, 11th floor, cubicle 244, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. Attention: Mike Wynn or Travis Martin. Delivery date: 13 March, 2017 or before. Offerors shall provide the information required therein. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical compliance with the Government's requirement, past performance, and price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. All quotes should include shipping cost.
