Description

RFI GIS The NOAALink Program Office (NPO) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Silver Spring, MD, on behalf of the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), is conducting market research in an effort to identify all potential industry sources with the capabilities to provide support for a potential Blanket Purchase Agreement for Geographic Information Software (GIS) products, services, and support described herein. This is not a Solicitation, this is a Request for Information only and does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future. Please see attached document for details. Responses to this RFI are due no later than 5:00pm, February 9, 2017. Responses shall be sent via email to Kyia Clardy, Contract Specialist, kyia.clardy@noaa.gov.
