SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR P114 MEDICAL CENTER ADDITION/ALTERATION (MCAA) “ PACKAGE 1, NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BETHESDA This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement only. P114, Medical Center Addition/Alteration (MCAA): The overall project consists of two separate and distinct sub projects (Packages). The first portion consists of Package 1. Package 1 has three components; construction of a below grade tunnel, construction of a base communication center and the installation of a base emergency generator system. Package 1 components are new construction and described in greater detail in the attached announcement.
