Description

The Veterans Administration North Texas Medical Center Research and Development Group intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with GE Mobile Water to provide equipment and revisions to their UV Sterilizer system already in place at the VA facility, in accordance with FAR part 8.405-6. This equipment is utilized in support of research projects currently being conducted at the North Texas VA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Thursday, February 2, 2017, 4:00, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at elaine.dibucci@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
