Description

The requirement is for GPIB upgrade and calibration + measurement uncertainties, part number H5162A. There are no authorized dealers, distributors, or reseller for these services but KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES.. Solicitation N00421-17-T-0103 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is for GPIB upgrade and calibration + measurement uncertainties, part number H5162A. There are no authorized dealers, distributors, or reseller for these services. ***Basis for Award*** This notice is intent to Keysight Technologies. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
